Muscle Energy Yoga for beginners. 

Please bring a Yoga Mat, non-slip socks are recommended, you may use shoes as necessary. This is primarily a mat class, you will feel safe, and you won't miss any of your favorite stretches or strengthening movements from other types of classes.

You should only do what you can do safely, and never use full strength. Deeper relaxation, too. See you there!

Maybe bring a towel, or blanket to fold and sit on for comfort while sitting on your mat. You would place it near the back of your "seat".
